We take a collaborative and non-hierarchical approach in our studio, which aims to nurture talent. Balancing the creative and the operational, our team is structured in a way that promotes leadership and independent work, and encourages excellent design detailing and budgeting. Many of our team come from different career backgrounds, and we welcome those who may have previous experience in other areas and disciplines. 

If you have the appropriate qualifications, an energetic approach and an excellent eye for detail, please send us your CV. We are always keen to hear from those who have a healthy knowledge of fabric suppliers and artisans, a resourceful approach to sourcing interesting objects and are skilled in project management, product design or procurement.
