High in the mountains overlooking the beautiful village of Fornalutx in Mallorca, Katie fell in love for the very first time, with a barbeque.

Working with her friends and celebrated firepit makers Tim and Emma Ross, they developed a British version – the Katherine Wheel.  Aesthetically it will enhance nearly any garden.  Functionally the wheel mechanism is deeply pleasing to turn.  Culinarily, the ability to raise the grill plate so quickly rescues the most vulnerable sausage from any lapping flame.  The solid rear portion of the grill plate, means those perfect courgette slithers are no longer destined for the embers.
